GDWC Summer Season 2024 winners in the Best Web3 Game category

GDWC 2024 Summer Season Winners were announced in an Awards stream last Friday. Sequence is the proud sponsor of this Season’s Best Web3 Game category, which awards the best game titles leveraging blockchain technology.

Winner of the Best Web3 Game category: MetalCore by Studio 369

MetalCore is a sci-fi MMO hosted on the Immutable network and set on the distant planet of Kerberos. The game offers epic mech battles, PvPvE combat, and a player-driven economy with intricate crafting mechanics. Players start as foot soldiers, scavenge blueprints from fallen enemies to craft and upgrade gear, and can convert assets for trading in the web3 ecosystem.
